The mission of Rainbow Solutions is to provide services and resources to help individuals and organizations live and invest responsibly to create a better world for ourselves and future generations.

Rainbow Solutions specializes in socially and environmentally responsible investing, providing a full range of investment and other financial services to help you invest and manage your money life according to your social values.
Rainbow Solutions also offers educational programs, resources, and consulting to help you implement sustainable practices in your life and work. Plus, we provide ministerial services such as weddings, memorial services, and other rites of passage.
Rainbow Solutions was founded in 1998 by Donna E. Clifford and Dorothy May Emerson. They combine Donna's expertise in finance and investments with Dorothy's experience as a minister to create a company that offers a wide range of services to support people and organizations in living and investing in ways that can bring healing and justice to the world.
Rainbow Solutions, Inc. is a member of the Sustainable Business Network, Green America, the Greater Boston Business Council, and the Medford Chamber of Commerce.
DOROTHY MAY EMERSON, MINISTER
Dorothy is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister. She co-founded Rainbow Solutions to promote socially responsible investing as an important tool for social change and to offer consulting services to support those who want their lifestyles and business practices, as well as their money, to reflect their core values.
Dorothy gives public lectures and leads seminars and worship services. She offers pastoral counseling and consults with individuals who want to change their relationship to money. Dorothy also performs weddings, funerals and memorial services, child dedications, and a variety of other special rituals. She specializes in interfaith ceremonies personally designed to suit your needs and reflect your values.
Dorothy has edited and published several feature articles and books. She also helped create a number of programs to help adults grow spiritually and gain insight into ways to implement their values in daily life. See Women of Wisdom for information about her most recent program.
